About

After serving four years in the US Army, I started working at a custom steel fabrication and welding shop, where I gained skills in steel fabrication. Over the next nine years, I performed certified welding, became a lead fabricator, and worked as a manual precision machinist. I then joined a steel fabrication and millwright/rigging company, where I served as the fabrication shop foreman for four years and the steel services project manager for two years. Subsequently, I worked at a fabrication and erection company as the senior project manager for four years. Afterward, I spent 14 years at a radiation protection and ventilation company as the chief designer, working alongside an excellent design team and using 3D CAD systems. I also acted as the senior field engineer, supervising installations. Currently, I am the training and development program manager at a medium-sized steel fabrication company, where I mentor and train in estimating, project management, steel fabrication, and CNC machining. I started  this company to offer some of the tools I have created and used successfully throughout my years in the metal fabrication industry.
